Our Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out the ethical and professional standards by which ORMC and its people operate. It embodies our unwavering commitment to integrity, transparency and accountability—ensuring that every action we take is in the best interests of our unit-holders, partners and regulatory authorities.

By adhering to these principles, we:

  • Build Trust: Uphold confidentiality of all client and scheme information.

  • Manage Conflicts: Identify and address potential conflicts of interest.

  • Ensure Compliance: Meet or exceed all SECP regulations, Trust Deed requirements and corporate governance norms.

  • Foster Accountability: Maintain clear lines of responsibility across our Board, senior management and outsourced partners.

Key Pillars of Code

1. Upholding the Highest Ethical Standards

Acting honestly, fairly and with due care in all transactions, and never compromising on the principles of good faith and transparency.

2. Protecting Confidentiality

Safeguarding all client, scheme and trustee information through robust internal controls, secure data-handling procedures and clear service-level agreements with any outsourced providers

3. Preventing Financial Crime:

Embedding anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing measures in every process—meeting or exceeding the SECP’s AML/CFT Regulations, 2018 and related directives

4. Managing Conflicts of Interest

Ensuring that related-party transactions, directorships and all outsourcing arrangements are conducted strictly on arm’s-length terms, with full board approval and transparent disclosure to our investors

5. Ensuring Regulatory Compliance

Maintaining unfettered access for the SECP to our records, delivering timely financial and NAV reports, and conforming at all times to the Code of Corporate Governance and REIT Regulations

6. Fostering Oversight & Accountability

Holding our Board, senior management and service-providers rigorously accountable—backed by internal audits, fit-and-proper assessments and clear escalation channels should any breach occur
